This is the proposal of Cidadão Pró Mundo, an NGO that promotes access to English education for young people, and relies on the support of volunteers from across Brazil to make this happen.

How is it possible to volunteer online?

At Cidadão Pró Mundo, there are two main ways to volunteer remotely:

As a Volunteacher – Teach English and change futures

If you have an intermediate or advanced level of English, you can become a Volunteacher — the volunteer teacher who educates young people in the language, opening doors for them to achieve academic and professional opportunities.

Everything happens online: you conduct live classes, plan activities with pedagogical support, and help develop students' confidence in conversation.

With just a few hours a month, you help someone to dream bigger.

In the administrative field – Organize, support, and be part of the backstage of change

If teaching English is not your thing, no problem. CPM also needs people to help with the NGO's structure. The administrative sector is ideal for those who want to support our internal organization;

You can use your professional skills (or develop new ones!) to keep the engine running — always remotely, always with purpose.

It is the type of work that no one sees on the frontline, but that makes everything happen.
