Become a Volunteer

In a country where only 5% of the Brazilian population speaks English, and the language is a barrier between young people from public schools and higher education, knowing English becomes a social marker.

You can change this reality by sharing your knowledge to enhance the personal and professional lives of young talents and enable them to become global citizens.

Our Volunteering

As a CPM Volunteer, you may choose to teach English classes or become part of the administrative team at the Teaching Units. No experience is necessary; we will provide all the support and training you need to contribute to CPM.

Volunteer Teacher

You do not need to be a trained teacher, nor have experience teaching classes. At CPM you receive training, learn through practice, exchange experiences with others and even discover new skills.

The classes are already structured and all the necessary materials are provided. Additionally, you will always teach in pairs, and your partner will be an experienced CPM member, ready to give you all the necessary support.

Each class has up to 20 students and about 8 Volunteachers dedicated to it, with the support of an Owner (team leader of the volunteachers) who coordinates everything and is there to help you.

At CPM Qualify, our preparatory course for the Cambridge proficiency exams, you can participate as a volunteacher and/or as a exam simulator administrator who we have structured to prepare classes for the certification exam.
