As a CPM Volunteer, you can choose to act by teaching English or being part of the administrative team at the Teaching Units. No experience is required; we will provide all the support and training you need to work at CPM.

Volunteer Teacher

You don't need to be a trained teacher, nor do you need to have teaching experience. At CPM you receive training, learn in practice, exchange ideas with other people, and even discover new skills.

The classes are already structured and all the necessary material is provided. In addition, you will always teach in pairs, and your partner will be a CPM veteran, ready to give you all the necessary support. 

Each class has up to 20 students and about 8 dedicated Volunteachers, counting on the support of an Owner (leader of the volunteachers team) who coordinates everything and is there to help you.

In CPM Qualify, our preparatory course for the Cambridge proficiency exams, you can act as a volunteacher and/or as an invigilator for the mock exams we structure to prepare classes for the certification exam.
